    Something to complain about 802D!

Yes there must something be to complain. Maybe because Iám dutch, hihihi. But why is the black base foot so difficult to clean? It has a course structure, so dry standard cleaning, as I weekly do for the Marlan head, is more cumbersome.
    Do I excaggerate?

You are right, I suggest a moist sponge - not cloth

Another "complaint." I have now gotten so used to the sublime sound of my 802Ds that the prospect of having to spend a whole day at an event where the music will be supplied by a Bose system fills me with dread. Yet it is unavoidable. I was at the same place a few months ago and hated the sound so much, I fled to the parking lot at every opportunity. Oh well, just have to face the (mangled) music.

ok, I'll buy such a thing.
But why has it such course structure? If I were a designer, I wouldnot have chosen such finish!

Maybe the coarse surface was chosen by the designer as it disperses the sound coming out of the bottom vent ?

Maybe the coarse surface is more 'resistent" to scratches

I also found that a feather duster did the cleaning job for me on my 802's.

                    (BOASTING NOW!)

Of course we dont have the same problem on our 800s.

                    HA HA HA
