I recently bought a pair of used 802Ns. They came with an extra pair of 'bullets' which I presume fit into the FST mid-range drivers. However, I don't know which pair to use. They are both black plastic. One has holes in the centre and the other doesn't. Can anyone help with this?
B&W 802N owners - please help

The signature range did come with aluminium phase plugs, (as do the new Diamond series).
It is this fact that got everyone in a froth!
Everyone was curious as to exactly what happened to the sound when the aluminium phase plugs were used.
This is why I started to have my engineer make them for me as the realy Mc Coy from B&W cost a fortune - and they didn't alwasy want to sell them.
By the way - Just to my ears there was a difference in sound when you used the aluminium plugs.- Bottom
